Considerata la trama e la biografia, i due attori protagonisti non possono che gigioneggiare, ma il risultato è gradevole, e tutto scorre con la domanda sotterranea insistente: ci sarà stato un fondo di vero?

Un buon film, più di evasione che di riflessione, ma sicuramente godibile per la bravura dei due attori che salvano una regie a tratti un po' stucchevole.
